What is “An Upscale Joint”?
A little bit upscale. A little bit of a “joint.” That’s the basic concept of Nob Hill Bar & Grill, where classic American dishes and bar food favorites are prepared with a gourmet twist.
Here, in a warm, inviting environment located in the middle of Albuquerque’s vibrant Nob Hill district, Nob Hill Bar & Grill is a place where everyone can feel welcome, from those looking for a casual, cool space to hang out and enjoy cocktails and appetizers, to those wanting the simple elegance of a memorable dining experience with friends, family and business associates.
Drop by the bar to see the game over a Kobe Cheeseburger and a cold beer, or plan a more intimate meal for two at a cozy restaurant-side table over a bottle of wine and perfectly cooked steaks.
The Nob Hill Story
Nob Hill Bar & Grill was founded by chef/entrepreneur Matt Ludeman. The goal? Create a restaurant that serves excellent, yet familiar food in a comfortable, engaging environment.
“The idea was to create a place where everyone feels welcome to come as they are, but can also expect top-notch food, service and interesting twists on the staples you might find at a neighborhood bar, pub or steakhouse,” says Ludeman, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America with more than twelve years of industry experience. “Our take on this concept is very fresh. You’ll get hungry just reading the menu.”
The restaurant opened in April of 2008 and serves seasonal menu choices for lunch, happy hour, dinner and Sunday brunch.
